We are recruiting on behalf of a leading player in the digital assets sector. This role will drive market intelligence, asset management, and strategic partnerships, while engaging global communities and supporting operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor digital assets market trends and analyse data for actionable insights
Manage and optimise digital asset portfolios, refining trading strategies
Develop partnerships with exchanges and Web3 projects
Build and engage global online communities
Support compliance, reporting, and cross-functional projects
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital assets trading, research, or investment
In-depth knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, and smart contracts
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; Python/SQL skills an advantage
Fluent English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
Able to work independently with attention to detail and agility
Preferred qualities:
Background in quantitative trading, hedge funds, or portfolio management
Familiarity with Web3 sectors such as DAOs or GameFi
Experience in global teams or startup environments
