Summary
1-1 Teaching Assistant – Warrington
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting early development? We are currently seeking a committed and caring 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Warrington, starting in September.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing individualised support
Assisting with classroom activities and developmental tasks in line with the National Curriculum
Supporting the pupil’s personal, social, and emotional development
Monitoring and recording the pupil’s progress, behaviour, and engagement
Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external agencies to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to build the pupil’s confidence and independence
Assisting with personal care, where required
What We’re Looking For:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Recent childcare or school-based experience within the last 2 years
Ability to provide two references confirming your experience with children
A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning
Experience working 1-1 with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential
