What We Offer:
Hourly Rate Starting at: £12.21
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Rotating Shift Pattern 6.00am - 2.00pm / 2.00pm - 10.00pm
Location: Eastfield, North Yorkshire (Just an 18-minute walk from Seamer train station!)
Your Role:
As a Paint Line Operative, you will be at the heart of our production processes, contributing to the high standards of our manufacturing operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
Understanding the paint line process, including start-up and shut-down procedures.
Applying standardised processes to our painting operations.
Maintaining quality control throughout the painting process.
Communicating effectively with your team to uphold safety and quality standards.
Reporting any safety or quality concerns to your Team Leader.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Carrying out basic maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Performing additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
A keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Practical science or engineering skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well within a team.
