We're looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Sherwood Court. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
About the Role
The post is for 24.50 hours per week
You'll work on a 2-week rolling Rota, including:
Evening shifts: 15:00 - 23:00
Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)
Your role will include:
Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes
Promoting independence and person-cantered care
Working collaboratively with professionals and agencies
Treating every person with dignity and respect

Essential:
GCSE Grades D$úG in Math's and English or
Functional Skills Level 1 in Math's and English
Desirable (but not required):
Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Don't have the Level 2 qualification, No problem! We'll provide full training and fund your qualification after successful completion of your probation period.
We'll support you with:
A comprehensive induction program
Full training to deliver high standards of care
Funded qualification upon successful completion of your probation period
