Our client is a fast-growing, tech-driven financial intermediary looking to expand its high-performing sales team with five new Account Executives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals with a background in client-facing or telesales roles — especially those with some exposure to finance or brokering — to build a rewarding career in financial services.
About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative and growing team, Account Executives are responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying suitable finance solutions, and guiding clients through the funding process.
This is a sales-focused role — you’ll need to be confident making outbound calls and proactively building new connections, both over the phone and in person.
You’ll be supporting clients with a variety of finance needs, including:
Asset Finance
Commercial Loans
Invoice Finance
Property Finance
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture client relationships through telesales, social media, networking, and events
Understand each client's financial needs and identify appropriate funding solutions
Analyse key financial documents and prepare persuasive application materials
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to completed deal
Maintain clear, professional communication at all times
Stay up to date with finance products and compliance best practices
Contribute to the wider team by sharing insights and collaborating effectively
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in sales, especially telesales or client-facing roles
✔ Finance or broking experience is highly desirable
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to succeed
✔ Confidence working with autonomy and structure
✔ Professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to learn
