The Role
As a Classroom Support Assistant working on supply, no two days are the same. You'll be working in a variety of primary schools, providing crucial support to both teachers and students. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities.

Working with small groups of pupils or on a one-to-one basis to provide targeted support.

What You'll Need
To be a successful Classroom Support Assistant with Randstad, you should have:

Recent and relevant experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, or coaching experience is all valuable).
