You won’t be going it alone. The clinic benefits from the support of a dedicated night team at a nearby 24-hour hospital, which provides access to advanced imaging, surgery, and ongoing case support and ensures round-the-clock care for your patients. The clinic handles a wide range of cases, both surgical and medical, and would particularly benefit from a reliable general practice vet with good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Situated in a prime location with easy access to the M1 motorway and the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, this well-equipped clinic has an established loyal client base and is poised for growth under strong leadership.
We believe that the key to a successful clinic is a passion for what you do and so we are looking for an experienced, client focused vet who is able to lead and develop their onsite team to support the development of their clinic. We are looking for vets who put patient welfare and clinical standards at the very core of what they do and treat each pet as if they were their own.
Who We're Looking For:
We're after a vet with vision—someone ready to take the reins, lead a team, and build something special. You'll be committed to exceptional patient care and creating a great experience for clients, while also growing and developing your clinic and team. Experience in leadership or business is a bonus, but not essential—we’re looking for the drive and ambition to succeed, with the backing of experts to help make it happen.
