SIPS Education Catering Services are looking to recruit a Deputy Service Manager to work as an ambassador of SIPS Catering, managing and communicating in an effective and professional manner, working with all stakeholders and as a positive role model to colleagues across the entire service. This is a new post within the established central Catering Team, working under the direction of the Service Managers (Operations, and Development).
As a senior manager in a large operational catering service, the successful applicant will be a motivated and approachable leader, coaching and mentoring their team to achieve excellence in people and account management.

We are looking for an individual who is ready to actively contribute to the future of our service, bringing experience and ideas, and planning and implementing change – delivering on technical compliance and innovative sustainability.
In return, we offer a competitive salary, generous annual leave allowance, some flexible and hybrid working, access to Local Government pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and mileage allowance. You also will have the chance to progress your career with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and recognises employees who go the extra mile.
