What will I be doing?
Our Application Support team directly supports our customers with their Liquidlogic social care product suite and are responsible for investigating, analysing and resolving issues they face. Application Support utilises a unique blend of technical and customer facing abilities and we will focus on building both skillsets in the successful candidate.
As a Junior Application Support Analyst, known internally as an Associate Application Support Analyst, you will be placed on a structured 2-year training programme that includes:
- Developing soft skills
- Expanding your technical ability
- Teaching you the intricacies of our various products
- Gaining certifications
You'll do all this in a supportive team environment where you can rely on colleagues with a vast amount of experience, some of whom have been on the same journey that you'd be on.
What are we looking for?
To be considered for the Associate Application Support Analyst position you'll need to:
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Have a keen technical/IT-related interest
- Display a willingness to learn and develop
- Be a great team player
Whilst full training will be provided experience with any of the following would be beneficial:
- Customer Service
- General IT skills
- Programming / SQL Experience
- Jira / Confluence knowledge
