About the job:

We are recruiting for a complaints manager to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment. Your role is to be a single point of contact for any business area in a time of difficulty, including important stakeholders. You will investigate complex complaints. Retain customers within our brands and use challenging circumstances to react positively and turn customers into brand ambassadors. Accountable as a final escalation point for manual goodwill authorities relating to expensive/escalated or complex repairs.

You will enhance your critical skills, especially conflict resolution, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. You become a key player in shaping customer experience strategy. You will gain insights from complaints to help organisations improve products, services, and internal processes.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There's free on-site parking available and you'll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office
