Are you ready to take the next step in your career with one of the UK’s leading dairy manufacturers? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our Blow Moulding Department at Bellshill Dairy.

- Contract Type: Full Time
- Salary: £29,736.77 per annum (£14.21 per hour)
- Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 2 days, 2 nights (7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am)
- Location: Bellshill
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our bottle supply equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and setting up bottle supply and de-bagging machines
- Completing traceability documentation accurately
- Managing bottle and film waste, including reprocessing and baler use
- Performing machine safety checks and adhering to operating procedures
- Supporting changeovers and fault finding to minimise downtime
- Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level
- Reporting and recording supply performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Experience in food manufacturing (preferred)
- A strong team ethic and excellent communication skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders and during audits
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
