Contract: Full Time Salary: £21.84 Per Hour Shift Type: Nights Contracted hours: 42Trinity House Care Home offers Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia care for up to 55 residents in a modern and welcoming setting, thoughtfully designed and equipped to the highest standard.
We are now seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our night team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care that supports residents’ health, dignity, and independence.

What We Offer
- £21.84 per hour
- 42-hour contract (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next)
- Flexible shift pattern including weekend working
- Paid PVG, Pension scheme, Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)
What You Will Do
You will lead and coordinate care throughout the night, ensuring the safety, comfort, and clinical wellbeing of all residents. You will work closely with the care team to maintain accurate records, manage medications safely, and respond to any health issues or emergencies as they arise. Your leadership will guide others on shift, and your clinical knowledge will ensure that every resident receives personalised, dignified care.
You’ll be responsible for supporting care planning, carrying out routine observations, maintaining high standards of documentation, and ensuring a calm, supportive environment for both residents and your team. You will also build positive relationships with families and external professionals, promoting open communication and trust.
About You
You are a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. Care home experience is preferred, and a flexible, positive approach to teamwork is essential.
You are someone who brings compassion, professionalism and calm to your role, even during challenging situations. You communicate clearly, lead confidently, and take pride in your ability to make a real difference to the lives of those in your care.
