Property Risk & PPM Officer needed in Wakefield Paying £14.82 per hr ref 000A 47C0/1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking a proactive Property Risk and PPM Officer to support the effective management of statutory compliance and property-related risks across the portfolio. You’ll work across teams and with contractors to ensure safety standards are met in areas including fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, water, and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage property compliance and risk mitigation.
- Maintain the Property Services Risk Register and insurance compliance.
- Support statutory maintenance, audits, and refurbishment projects.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure legal and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and use CAFM systems effectively.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on property safety matters.
- Deputise for the Risk & PPM Supervisor when required.
