At Bruce’s, we’re looking for a Centre Manager to lead our new and exciting centre in Altrincham!
What You’ll Be Doing
As Centre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Doggy Day Care operations. Your role will involve:
* Leading and motivating a team of dog-loving professionals to deliver exceptional care and customer service.
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre with a focus on dog welfare, enrichment, and seamless logistics.
* Managing compliance, identifying risks, and ensuring licensing regulations are strictly adhered to.
* Driving team engagement through effective communication, support, and recognition.
* Handling daily operational challenges, including van routes, staffing, and canine logistics.
* Taking responsibility for budgeting and project management, including P&L accountability.
* Providing weekly and monthly reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.
* Delivering the Bruce’s Difference, ensuring we’re Fluent in Dog, Enrich Every Dog, Celebrate Friendships, and deliver the Bow
Wow Factor.
* Supporting marketing efforts, including customer retention and acquisition strategies.
* Managing the end-to-end people lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.
* Overseeing payroll submissions and keeping labour costs in check.

* Experienced in HR and management, with strong time management skills.
* Results-driven, helping your team meet targets and exceed business goals.
* Financially savvy, with expertise in budgeting and planning.
* Licensed to drive, with a full UK manual driving licence, ready to assist with our canine chauffeur service.
