We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Goods In / Parts Person to join a busy stores team in Sutton St James on a temporary basis for 4 to 6 weeks, with an immediate start available. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general stores duties, including receiving goods in, checking deliveries, and picking and packing parts accurately and efficiently. You’ll play a key part in maintaining the smooth running of the stores function, ensuring everything is well organised and up to date. This role involves operating either/both a reach truck and a masted forklift (Counterbalance etc), valid, in-date licences are essential.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a similar warehouse or stores-based role, who can hit the ground running and work well as part of a team. You’ll need to be organised, detail-focused and confident working in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in will be key.
