Impact Futures and The Childcare Company are looking for a talented Client Partnership Manager with experience in commercial and
wider education and training market, based in Scotland.
The Role
In tis role, you will be engaging on a B2C and BSB (small, medium and large sized businesses) level, in the private, public and
3rd sectors, across Scotland. You will have the opportunity to develop new client relationships through a consultative sales
method and your success will be determined by how proactive you are and by how much value you create. You will be instrumental in
the future growth of our business and its portfolio of clients. You will leading the end-to-end sales interaction with our new and
prospective customers, managing their pipeline and ensuring their business needs are captured and translated into workforce
solutions. You will be converting opportunities created by Client Partnership Consultants, generating new business through
networking, cold calling, proactive promotion and any other outbound activity that will generate interest from prospective
clients.

The role will not involve: - Enrolment - Learner recruitment - Bid writing and tenders - Marketing - Account Management…

About You
- Knowledge and experience of the FE funding landscape in Scotland
- Significant and proven sales background with a history of meeting and exceeding high-value targets
- Knowledge of the public, private and 3rd sector
- Knowledge and experience of the commercial and wider education and training market, in Scotland
- A proven background in generating business via. a variety of proactive, innovative methods, inclusive of networking and
leveraging existing networks
- A full, clean UK Driving Licence and mode of transport
Desirable:
- A proven portfolio in selling Commercial mandated and funded training courses, in Scotland.
