We are looking for a passionate 1st Line Support Technician to join our team. You’ll help resolve technical issues for our clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You Should Bring:

We’re looking for someone with solid IT and problem-solving skills in the following areas:

Anti-virus & general PC issues

Disk space, memory, and CPU troubleshooting

Office 365 Management

VPN and connectivity issues

Wi-Fi support

Creating users via Active Directory

PC/workstation installations

Service cancellations

IT project work

Anti-virus installation

You should also have:

Strong written and oral communication skills

Confidence on the phone with clients

A genuine passion for IT and learning

Excellent customer service skills

Experience in outsourced IT support

A full UK driving licence (some off-site work)

Some Specifics of the Role:

You’ll need to be organised, reliable, and confident in your responsibilities. The role requires excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, and consistency in completing tasks. You’ll work well under pressure, be flexible and punctual. During your six-month probation, office attendance is required five days a week.

Your First Few Weeks May Include:

Supporting PCs and servers (Win10, Win11, 2012–2022)

Installing PCs/upgrading software

Administering IP phone systems

Supporting client applications (training provided)

Setting up email and web hosting (Linux & Windows)

Mac support, both remotely and on-site

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

2+ years of experience supporting SME networks in an outsourced IT setting
