What You’ll Need
- Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Proven experience working in a nursing home or elderly care environment
- Strong understanding of dementia care and person-centred approaches
- Excellent clinical, decision-making, and organisational skills
- A warm, professional manner and a genuine desire to make a difference

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Administer medications, carry out clinical procedures, and monitor residents’ conditions
- Support residents with dementia and complex needs in a calm and respectful way
- Lead, mentor, and support care assistants during night shifts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all safeguarding and clinical standards
- Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
