Apprenticeships Administrator – 29.6 hours per week (4 days – Tuesday to Friday, with potential for it to increase to 5 days per
week). 52 weeks per year - £28,627.49 FTE (actual – pro rata salary £22,901.99)

Experienced administrator, required to support our apprenticeships team. As Apprenticeships Administrator, you will be responsible
for communicating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing enrolments, withdrawals, transfers, breaks in learning and
achievements. Responsible for administration, compliance, data entry and accurate recording of the planned 20% off the job
training hours, this busy, but rewarding role, will enable you to be part of a collaborative team, in an expanding area of the
college.
About the role:
As Apprenticeships Administrator, you will work as part of our apprenticeships team. Your role will include:
* Ensuring that all contractual, due diligence and management information is complete, accurate and maintained using organised
and accessible systems
* Responsible for the set-up, tracking and monitoring of the initial assessment days for apprenticeship starts, ensuring timely
compliance
* Act as point of contact for employers and apprentices to deal with enquiries and messages
* Monitor the latest ESFA and other funding regulations and apply these as requires. Share any important updates with the team
and wider college
* Work with partners and internal departments to ensure all learners are enrolled and registered for the appropriate
qualifications and/or end point assessment
To fulfil the role of Apprenticeships Administrator you will have:
* Proven administrative experience in contracts and compliance related fields, essential
1. Knowledge of and/or experience with apprenticeships a distinct advantage
* English & Maths level 2 or willingness to undertake these qualifications
* Good IT, numeracy, oral and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Good working knowledge of educational funding rules and regulations an advantage
