Applicant Essentials:
- 18th Edition
- Electrical maintenance, testing and repair experience
- Experience with alarm repair and testing
- Some basic knowledge of HVAC maintenance (changing filters etc)
- General maintenance and repair experience
- Clitheroe
Duties:
- Planned and Reactive electrical maintenance
- Testing and inspection
- Maintenance and testing of building alarm systems
- General maintenance and repair i.e changing a tap, repairing a lock, handles, doors etc
Permanent position, £42k-£43k, Monday to Friday -08.00-4.30
