Our client, a leading and well-established training provider, is seeking an Outbound Training Course Advisor to join their growing team in Leeds. They offer free, classroom-based training courses across Yorkshire and the North East.
The Role:
• As an Outbound Training Course Advisor, you will advise applicants who have expressed interest in free classroom-based training courses
• Verify applicant eligibility and ensure all documentation is complete
• Prepare forms, proposals, and maintain CRM databases
• Attend candidate attraction events and networking meetings
• Office-based role in Leeds
The Candidate:
• Must have experience in outbound calling or telephone-based customer service
• Background in training or apprenticeships is advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Must live within a commutable distance to Leeds
