OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and capable Building Manager (Surveyor) to join our team at the stunning Bolton Abbey Estate, the Yorkshire home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. This is a rare and exceptional opportunity to manage a diverse and historically significant property portfolio across one of the most iconic estates in the UK.Job Type: Permanent, 39 hours per week over 5 days with rostered time for emergency call-outs.Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications.As part of the Devonshire Group, our core values of Always Improving, Decency, and Being Inclusive underpin everything we do, from the conservation of our heritage buildings to the enhancement of our estate communities.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty & Project ManagementManage reactive and planned maintenance, refurbishments, compliance works, and capital projects across the estate.
