Summary
The Best Connection are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy team in Purfleet. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established records management company that plays a vital role in document storage, retrieval, and secure data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and storing physical records and archive boxes
- Picking and preparing boxes for retrieval and dispatch
- Scanning barcodes and updating internal tracking systems
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail with all data recorded
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Some manual handling and lifting of archive boxes (up to 25kg)
Requirements:
- Basic DBS required (we can process this for the right candidate)
- 5 years referenced work history with no long gaps.
- 5 years UK residency with no gaps
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills desirable
- Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Shift times and Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 0700am - 1600pm
- £12.25 per hour
- Weekly pay
