Location:  Covering sites in the South and Midlands Job Ref:  597880 Pay: £29,767.55 Hours:  Permanent/full-time 35 hours per week Shifts:  Between 07:00 and 17:00 – enjoy your free evenings! We’re hiring a Mobile Chef to join our passionate team at HMP Oakwood working across our sites in the South and Midlands. You MUST be flexible and have your own reliable transportation.




What You'll Do:



- Collaborate with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Mentor and supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
- Follow recipes and maintain accurate kitchen records.
- Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.





What We're Looking For:



- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous cheffing experience
- Flexibility and have your own reliable transportation with business insurance.
