The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4 who have diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and speech and language delays. You’ll support pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them regulate behaviour, improve communication, and build confidence in and out of the classroom.

This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role offers hands-on involvement in the implementation of behaviour plans, therapeutic activities, and informal psychological assessments, making it ideal for graduates hoping to pursue careers in Educational Psychology, Child Psychiatry, or Therapy.

You’ll be part of a committed SEN team, working 1:1 and in small groups, supported by teachers, therapists, and senior leaders.
