Summary
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Service Administrator to join our Ford dealership in Basildon. To support in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Service operation through providing efficient administration, with an emphasis on a high level of customer care.. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday – Friday with Saturday’s AM on a Rota Basis, 1 in 3, a basic salary of up to £29,000 DOE, and an OTE of £34,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
A full UK driving licence
Great attention to detail
A background in customer service
Experience using computer software systems
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a service administrator you will be expected to be the face and voice of the whole customer experience from the minute a booking is made to when the customer returns to collect their vehicle. After relevant training and ongoing support, you will be expected to:
Advising and assisting customers using the company systems and resource to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
Carrying out administrative tasks linked to the running of the service operation.
Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
Ensuring quotes and charges are recorded accurately and invoices are produced/paid in-line with AMG guidelines.
