We are recruiting here at South Staffs Window Cleaning for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Professional Window Cleaner. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

There is minimal ladder work as we use water fed pole systems.

Be able to commute to Norton Canes as you will have to travel there every day.

No experience needed, full training provided

Van, equipment and uniform provided

Responsibilities:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using specialized tools and equipment
- Remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or damage

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid manual driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred and must be over 21 due to insurance restrictions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
