Crynodeb
Working under supervision; The Apprentice will carry out a variety of Administration & Clerical work in a Clinical or Non-Clinical area, with the possibility of some direct (supervised) or indirect patient contact, depending on allocated area of work. Dealing with telephone calls, e-mails and face to face contact with Trust Staff and members of the public, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in an efficient, polite and courteous manner. Whilst the post does not guarantee permanent employment at the end of it, successful completion of the Apprenticeship will provide the postholder with the skills and experience required to apply for future administrative positions within the NHS.
