Operational & Administrative Support Assist in the implementation of operational systems and processes Support data collection and reporting on service activity and performance Help maintain compliance documentation (e.g. CQC, governance frameworks) Provide administrative support to meetings (agenda setting, minutes, follow-up) Stakeholder Engagement Support communication with partner practices, ICBs, and service users Assist in organising stakeholder meetings and service reviews Help respond to routine queries and information requests Team Collaboration Work closely with the PCN Services Director and PCN Manager Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff across practices Contribute to a positive team culture focused on service improvement and collaboration Essential Key Skills & Experience Previous administrative or coordination experience in a healthcare or primary care setting Good organisational and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence in working with spreadsheets and data entry Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team An interest in service improvement within the NHS or healthcare environment Desirable Familiarity with NHS systems (e.g. EMIS WEB) Experience supporting projects or service initiatives Understanding of the structure and function of Primary Care Networks Benefits & Terms Flexible working arrangements (subject to service needs) Supportive environment with opportunities for training and development Contributory pension scheme Role scope may expand based on service growth and performance
