We're Hiring: Legal Associate Professional .
As a Legal Associate Professional at Angira Solicitors, you will provide vital support to our legal team by assisting with both legal and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and efficient management of client cases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist solicitors and legal consultants in preparing case files, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.
• Manage and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with clients, court officials, and third parties to schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings.
• Draft routine legal documents such as letters, statements, and reports under supervision.
• Support the legal team with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and case tracking.
• Monitor case progress and deadlines, providing timely updates to solicitors and clients.
• Use knowledge from the paralegal certificate to apply relevant legal principles in supporting casework.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Assist with office management tasks to support business operations and ensure efficient workflow.

3. Skills and Qualifications:
• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in business support or office administration.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
• Competent with case management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a legal team.
