Your days and hours worked will be agreed when you start the role.
Your role will include but is not limited to shampooing, conditioning, and styling the hair, supporting all staff members, meeting and greeting clients, and taking bookings. taking payments and maintaining general upkeep and cleanliness of the salon.
Shampooing and conditioning treatments for the hair and scalp.
Styling and finishing techniques including hair-up.
Cutting hair using a range of techniques for classic and fashion finishes.
Colour and lighten hair using a range of techniques.
Customer service/ meeting and greeting clients
Health and safety
Training
Fortnightly training days at Reflections Training Academy as well as in salon training.
Qualifications required
GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4) desirable but not required
Skills required

Upon completion of the qualification, you will have the opportunity to progress onto the level 3 hairdressing course.
Qualification / Standard : ST0213 Hair professional
Duration 20 months
