You will be responsible for managing the sales process for Construction and B2B customers from enquiry, quotation and through to order ensuring we provide customers with excellent service.
You will look to develop leads to their full potential and work on strategies to increase the number and type of leads.
Key tasks involve:
Responding to enquiries via telephone, email, web and any other communication platform used to gather leads.
Work with the estimating team to ensure quotations are calculated accurately and to the customers requirements. Liaise with and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to obtain quotations for customers.
Follow internal procedures for handing over secured sales to the Project Operations and Delivery Team
Maintain and update performance figures relating to sales conversion, lead generation and other key metrics.
