Crynodeb
You'll coordinate impactful health promotion programmes including NHS Health Checks, Workplace Health Checks, and Lung Cancer Screening ensuring they run smoothly, meet quality standards, and deliver real benefits to patients and communities. Working closely with clinical leads, business development, and performance teams, you'll be the operational engine behind these services coordinating operations, engaging stakeholders, supporting frontline staff, and using data to drive improvement. To excel in this role, you will need to bring outstanding organisational and project coordination abilities, confidence with digital tools, a talent for building effective relationships across diverse teams and settings, and hands-on experience in primary care, community health or health promotion.
