Are you passionate about supporting neurodiverse learners and making a real difference in their academic journey? Randstad Student Support is seeking a dedicated Specialist Mentor to provide individualized support at the University.

  • Build strong, empathetic relationships with students.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Provide high-quality mental health guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure holistic student care.
  • Contribute to a thriving student community.

Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

  • Relevant professional body registration (e.g., BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA).
  • Experience supporting students' or young adults' mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport easily.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • A bachelor's degree is advantageous.
