- Build strong, empathetic relationships with students.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Provide high-quality mental health guidance and support.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure holistic student care.
- Contribute to a thriving student community.
- Make a real difference in young people's lives.

- Guide and support students, fostering their growth and success.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
- Relevant professional body registration (e.g., BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA).
- Experience supporting students' or young adults' mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport easily.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective support plans.
- A bachelor's degree is advantageous.
