Job Advert

The Birtenshaw Group would like to appoint a Training Manager to oversee all training processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, efficient professional with experience in managing processes and people. The
role will sit within the Human Resources function and the successful candidate will be based within our Corporate Services in
Bromley Cross, Bolton.

This is a full time role, 37 hours per week Monday - Friday. (Agile working possibility once probation period successful
completed).

Main Responsibilities

* To ensure each employee has a clear continuous professional development plan in place.
* To ensure that all new employees complete all initial induction training.
* To lead in the delivery of training in line with the training strategy and mandatory obligations.
* To develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all external training providers and other relevant
stakeholders
* Facilitate good communication with other departments to ensure all training is properly planned and co-ordinated.
* To line manage the Training Administrator, including facilitating supervision sessions, probation reviews, and other relevant
HR processes.
