Crynodeb

-Be the gatekeepers and custodians of the addition, removal and churn of data.

-Work closely with the Asset Care Team and Application Support Team.

-Investigate queries raised by the Customer Service Desk, Scheduling and Service Continuity Teams around locations, assets and services by liaising with Account Teams.

-Issue the correct templates to the Account Team to progress CRs with the customer.

-Provide and keep up to date any data templates.

-Ensure that for any data changed, it is reflected in any other systems that are impacted

-Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.

-Communicate effectively with peers and management to drive priorities.

-Support in the mobilisation and demobilisation of all Maximo lead contracts.

-Assist with any data requirements in any Maximo led projects.
