Crynodeb
The post holder will have the NNEB, CACHE or equivalent qualification and robust child development knowledge. They will have experience working with children and famalies The post holder will support their peers and team leader and be an effective team member whilst working on their own initiative. They will have a commitment to collaborative working and actively support and liaise with other health and social care professionals and agencies. The post holder will support families by signposting children/YP, families/carers to available resources within the borough for additional support and information. The post holder will be an advocate for children and families within the service. The post holder will establish and maintain effective communication with children, young people, parents and carers, colleagues, multidisciplinary team, and Local Authority to achieve a positive health status for the child and family.
