Crynodeb
Work as part of an integrated team working to improve the care and lives of patients with Acute Coronary Syndromes, interventions, Heart Failure and other cardiac conditions. Work within an integrated Specialist Cardiac team supporting other members of the MDT Work alongside the Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurses and administrators to deliver the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service. Participate in the running Cardiac Rehab classes. Be a support to the other team members students and HCP. Aim to maintain the National Audit of Cardiac Rehabilitation accreditation.
