A professional and fast paced organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their global team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a supportive organisation with scope for growth and development. Reporting to the Head of HR the role will be tasked with providing an efficient, responsive, high-quality HR advisory service to the various divisions of the business.
What will the role HR Business Partner involve?
• Oversee employee relation issues, ensuring that the risks associated with such cases are effectively managed
• Advise managers on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures
• Provide support on significant annual HR processes
• Assist the weekly HR induction sessions for new joiners
• Manage the running and co-ordination of various training programmes
Suitable Candidate for HR Business Partner Advisor:
• Ideally level 7 CIPD or equivalent experience
• Confident self-starter who is comfortable to engage and build relationships across all levels
• Highly organised and happy to multitask effectively
