Key Responsibilities
Serve a strategic role in shaping and delivering large-scale change and transformation initiatives as part of the wider ACFS and programmes.
Lead improvement initiatives from inception through to successful, fully evidenced completion.
Independently plan and manage your workload to ensure agreed objectives and stage gates are met, taking full accountability for coordinating all necessary tasks.
Report progress regularly to the Programme Manager at pre-set intervals.
Liaise and build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders throughout all stages of improvement activities.
Communicate and engage with relevant audiences to ensure clarity and buy-in for all initiatives.
Apply data-driven improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to diagnose root causes, support proposed solutions, and validate success prior to and after delivery of change.
What We’re Looking For
• A strategic thinker with proven experience in leading change and transformation projects.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and coordinate complex initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Expertise in data-driven improvement methodologies, with a results-oriented approach to evidencing success.
