This will include offices, communal areas, cafe and restaurant, plus open areas for R&D, manufacturing, storage, plus the main entrance area.
This is a flagship building for the end user client and as such will be fit out to a high specification.
Internal works commence in September, with the building due to handover in Summer next year.
About the Company:
The role is to work with the busy Hampshire office covering the southern operation of the business.
The client is a regional main contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the Hampshire/Wiltshire/Dorset areas. The value of their projects varies but are typically between £10m - £30m, with the scope of works including defence buildings, manufacturing buildings, commercial and education, etc.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management and communication skills. Either from a trades or construction management background with experience of managing the internal fit out trades within a large new building.
Previous experience of managing the fit out of a commercial office building for an end user client across multiple floors would be advantageous. This building has quite extensive MEP services, so experience of healthcare, scientific, manufacturing type projects would also be desirable.
You will have a sharp eye for detail at every stage of the internal fit out and a proven track record of achieving high quality finishes.
Working within a team who are well established and work well together, you will compliment this with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You will possess strong planning and problem solving ability, with a positive, 'get it right first time' approach.
