Our client is currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their team in Essex. About the role of a Technical Coordinator
As a Technical Coordinator you will participate in the management and coordinators of external consultant team through all stages of a project, this includes Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoptions. Also you will be assisting in obtaining necessary Building Regulations Technical Approvals and advising all internal Teams of updates and progress.
Requirements for a Technical Coordinator
- Knowledge of all RIBA stages
- Architectural background desired
- Previous experience either as an Assistant Technical Coordinator within a development organisation or preferred
- Excellent communication skill
