As a Cleaner, you’ll help maintain high standards across the site through cleaning, portering, and waste collection. In return, we offer a supportive work environment and a great benefits package.
What you will be doing

• Follow site procedures and safety guidelines
• Keep equipment and storage areas clean, secure, and well-stocked
• Report any faults or safety concerns promptly
• Support deliveries and waste collection across the site
• Work flexibly to meet changing business needs
What we are looking for
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Experience in cleaning (experience in regulated environments such as GMP is
desirable but not essential)
• Awareness of health & safety and safe chemical handling
• A positive, flexible attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Basic IT skills (Excel and Word)
Why Join Us?
Because every day counts when bringing new medicines to patients. Our 1,000+ experts across the US, UK, and beyond are united by science, agility, and a culture that turns ideas into impact—fast.
As part of our team, you’ll benefit from:
