HR Advisor / People Experience Team Leader - REMOTE - BUT ideally based Lincoln/Lincolnshire or South Yorkshire based - £28000 to £31500 DOE/qualifications plus excellent benefits.

This is national based charitable organisation who work with a variety of organisations across the UK.

Your new role
This is a BRAND NEW role in the organisation who have just had a restructure on the HR/People Experience team. This restructure is to embed a new programme of culture, ways of working and processes (2 years into a 5 year programme).This programme will create new workloads in cultural changes and development of HR / Transactional processes.

Your role will mainly be acting as the Specialist HR Advisor for Line Managers in the organisation on HR issues and ER casework ( grievances, disciplinaries, absence management and performance management). You will work closely with Line Managers to support them with HR issues, aswell as coaching them with their future management and HR capability.

You will also be the specialist advisor on TUPE in and out - any consultations and/or redundancies, supporting effected Managers and Teams and be responsible for monthly HR reporting.

Supervision of a small team - a HR Assistant and 2 Coaches (L&D staff); supporting them with their day to day duties, performance and programme change management areas.

Assisting with HR projects, HR systems, HR audit and the company Apprenticeships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor or Team Leader, with a solid foundation in ER, ideally with some staff supervisory experience, who wants to work on a remote basis but still elevate their HR career.

NB Although this is a remote based role, ideally you will be based in the Lincoln, Lincolnshire region - or furthest South Yorkshire - some travel will be needed - to regularly meet with the HR Business Partner you will be working with, and attend TUPE and adhoc meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

An experienced HR Professional.

  • Ideally you will be minimum CIPD Level 5 Qualified - or possess demonstratable suitable equivalent level of experience.
  • HR Advisory and ER experience/ case management experience
  • TUPE experience / knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and influencing skills.
  • Excel skills / HR Reporting, Data and Analytics
