The Opportunity
This Manager role sits within the Transaction Support team of the firm's Corporate Finance division. The position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic advisory practice, delivering buy-side and sell-side support on domestic and international M&A transactions. Clients include strategic acquirers, private equity firms, and financial institutions.You'll be part of a senior-led advisory team with oversight of full due diligence processes. Beyond technical delivery, you'll be encouraged to engage in business development, team leadership, and market visibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initial discussions with clients to scope out due diligence requirements
  • Draft compelling proposals and participate in introductory client meetings
  • Prepare and review due diligence reports that are detailed, well-structured, and insight-driven.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input (e.g. tax advisory) into transaction support documents
  • Mentor and support the career development of junior team members
  • Build relationships in the regional transaction market and contribute to business growth efforts
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability in day-to-day project management

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in transaction services or wider corporate finance
  • Fully qualified professional (ACA preferred; others considered)
  • Proven high performer and team contributor
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and aligned with the team's growth ambitions
  • Experience in staff management and mentoring
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and market engagement capabilities
