Hourly Rate: £15.00/hr (£16.81/hr incl. holiday pay)
Overtime (after 48 hours): £18.75/hr (£21.01/hr incl. holiday pay)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Class 1 Relief Driver to join our growing team. Although this role requires a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, the majority of your work will be carried out in a Class 2 vehicle, delivering access platforms (such as cherry pickers and scissor lifts) for both hire and sale.

This is a relief driving position, meaning you will be assigned a designated vehicle and will support various depots across the company as needed. The role requires early starts (06:00am) and a willingness to travel to different locations in the company lorry.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering and collecting powered access equipment to/from customers and depots.

  
  

• Conducting pre-use checks and ensuring safe, compliant transportation.

  
  

• Supporting various depots on a relief basis.

  
  

• Providing excellent customer service on site.

  
  

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence – Essential

    
    

  • Experience with Class 2 vehicles – Preferred

    
    

  • Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph card

    
    

  • Good geographical knowledge and flexibility to travel

    
    

  • Experience delivering plant or access equipment – an advantage

    
    

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
