Permanent - Full Time – 40 Hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Site Manager to join a dynamic Partnership team covering the East Midlands region.

You’ll ensure the management of all refurbishment/renovation trade operatives within the agreed project areas is controlled and in line with all company H,S&E policy’s and current legislative requirements.

Achieving timely and Quality installations on site, you’ll develop and maintain good levels of communication with all contract team members and residents, whilst acting as a visible focal point for your operatives and sub-contractors.

You will be an experienced Site Manager with knowledge of temporary works and retrofit in social housing occupied properties.

With experience of PAS2035/2030;2019 you’ll have good knowledge of building regulations, structural principles along with having excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practise.

In addition, you’ll have the ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications along with holding a CSCS card, a SMSTS certificate and have had Asbestos Aware training.
