Full Time (Part -Time considered)

Our B2B team are looking for a B2B sales & admin assistant to support our B2B account manager. This is an exciting opportunity to start in an admin-heavy role with the potential to develop into a sales-facing position ( for those who want it)
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry - inputting cost prices, product details and order information
• Prepare and format stocklists using databases, excel and google sheets
• Send out stocklists to customers via whatsapp and email on behalf of B2B account manager
• Use CRM to update and maintain customer records
• Perform general administrative duties to support the B2B team
• Assist with order processing, tracking and internal co-ordination
• Learn the ropes of sales with the opportunity to take on more responsibility overtime if you wish to make that progression

• Hard-working, reliable and driven individual
• Comfortable working indepedently and as part of a team
• Able to take initiative and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in or willing to learn: Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables & VLookups), Google Sheets, Outlook and CRM.
Experience or background? Flexible.
