We’re seeking a data-loving leader with a
passion for using insights to make a real difference to our business as Head of
BI & Data. You will play a crucial role in guiding Haven as you transform
data into actionable strategies, enhancing park performance and supporting
investment planning. We want you to leverage the power of AI and automation to
enhance personalisation, forecasting, and guest experiences. With a focus on
clear, accessible insights and smart reporting, you’ll help teams across the business
make confident, data-driven decisions every day
Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop
and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Shaping and delivering a clear BI & data strategy that supports business goals, promoting a data-led approach across all areas of the organisation.
- Leading the creation of easy-to-use dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that give teams the insights they need — from park teams to senior leaders.
- Driving data quality, governance, and architecture while partnering with Tech and third-party experts to ensure the right tools and infrastructure are in place.
- Exploring and embedding AI and automation to unlock smarter forecasting, guest personalisation, and operational efficiencies that make a real difference.
- Inspiring and developing a brilliant BI & data team, cultivating a supportive, inclusive culture that brings data stories to life and helps everyone become confident using insights.
What we’d like you to bring:
- A skill for turning complex data into clear, engaging visuals and stories that everyone can understand and act on.
- A curious, analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving problems and uncovering opportunities.
- Practical experience with measurement, incrementality, and building impactful Sales & Commercial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead — showing you can build, inspire, and guide a high-performing team while balancing guest, team, and business needs.
- Extensive experience using tools like Tableau and Snowflake for data visualisation, analytics, and engineering
- A keen interest in facilitating AI adoption and contributing to the evolution of our work practices

seaside locations and our HQ based in Hemel Hempstead.
