Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care and maintenance of assigned properties, including the physical structure, gardens, Garden furniture and outbuildings.
- Clear any ground drains of leaves or debris, reporting any significant blockage to maintenance department if necessary.
- Ensure properties are kept in immaculate condition, ready for use at all times, in line with established cleanliness standards.
- Manage pre-arrival, arrival, during-stay, and departure processes in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain property security by reporting any security issues immediately, for example damage to fences.
- Safeguard all property keys and ensure proper access control.
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring all work is completed satisfactorily.
- Supervise contractors working on properties, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Manage spring-cleaning and other deep cleaning tasks, coordinating with the Operations Manager as needed.
- Manage laundry services according to established guidelines, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training.
- Valid clean driving license.
- 1-3 years of professional groundskeeping experience or similar role.
- Working knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Basic understanding of textiles and household furnishings.
